Enchant permanent
When Arcane Lock enters the battlefield, choose a color. Any player may pay one mana of the chosen color to exile Arcane Lock, then return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step enchanting the same permanent.
Activated abilities of enchanted permanent cannot be activated. If enchanted permanent is a creature, it can't attack or block.
