At the beginning of your upkeep, put a game
counter on Atog Ball, then sacrifice another
permanent for each game counter on Atog Ball.
If you can't, you lose the game.
Exile a non-land permanent you control:
Target opponent gains control of Atog Ball.
It's all fun and games until someone gets devoured.
