Eren, the Auctioneer

Before casting the first spell each turn, its controller reveals it. Each player may pay
any amount of mana. The player who pays the most mana this way gains control of that spell and casts it without paying its mana cost. He or she may choose new targets for that spell. If two or more players are tied for the most amount of mana payed this way, those players clash for the spell.
