You may only cast this spell if its your first turn. If its in your hand after your first turn, reveal and exile your entire hand.
Reveal the top ten cards of your library, put all lands among them onto the battlefield tapped and exile the rest.
At the End Step of your next turn, if the total power among creatures you control is less than ten, you loose the game.
