Ask - Whenever a non-token creature enters the battlefield, Ask target opponent:
"Which creature on the battlefield is the ugliest?"
That player deals 1 damage to that creature for
every Depression counter on Frindly Glown.
Then, if that creature was a Goblin, put a
Depression counter on Frindly Glown and deal
damage to that opponent equal to the number of Depression counters on Frindly Glown.
