Fyrees of the Far Seas

When Fyrees of the Far Seas enters the battlefield, for each Island you control, return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand.
Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell, you may look at the top X cards of your library,
where X is the converted mana cost of that creature. If you do, you may cast a creature card from among them. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
