Creatures can't be unable to be blocked. (For
example, a creature without flying or reach can block
a creature with flying, and any creature can block a
creature that's unblockable.)
{3}{w/b}, {t}: Exile Giratina of the Reverse and any
number of target attacking creatures. While
those creatures remain exiled, their controllers
may cast them as though they had flash.
