Whenever Hastur enters the battlefield or
attacks, each player discards a card at random.
If Hastur, Pilgrim of Carcosa would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere
else, then choose a player at random. At the
beginning of the next end step, put Hastur from
exile onto the battlefield under the chosen
player's control.
