Increasing Confidence

Whenever you successfully counter a spell or ability, put an experience counter on Increasing Confidence. Each spell or ability you control that would counter target spell or ability unless its controller pays any amount of mana, it's that amount of mana plus X instead, where X is the number of experience counters on Increasing Confidence.
