As long as an opponent controls more lands than you, Ki isn’t a creature.
Whenever an opponents turn ends, add and amount of green mana to your mana pool equal to the difference between the maximum potencial mana that player could produce, and amount of mana spent by that player this turn. You don’t lose this mana until the beginning of your next combat phase.
