Mardu Massacre

For each creature, it's controller flips a coin. If that player wins the flip, put two +1/+1 counters on that creature. If that player loses the flip, sacrifice that creature.
The Sultai are ruthless, but they no longer hold superiority when entering a Mardu raid.
