Obsidian Hammer

The Dwarves of the Obsidian Hills were renowned for their jet-black hammers and unwavering courage. During the Orcish Incursion of 779 CE, the Dwarven Alliance found itself trapped on a narrow mountain pass. The Obsidian Hill Clan leader, Rufus Stoutfoot, ordered the other clans to retreat while he and his clan held the pass. The remains of the Obsidian Hill Clan were found days later, all slain; their bodies lay atop a mountain of Orc dead, their black hammers still clutched in their hands.
