When Polar Trapper enters the battlefield, create two colorless artifact tokens named Trap with "{t}: Tap target creature. That creature doesn't untap as long as Trap is tapped. Trap doesn't untap during your untap step."
The trapper and the bear have a common goal: to eat elk. So it is only logical that the two work together.
