Quest for the Frozen Keep

Whenever you gain life for the first time each turn, put a quest counter on Quest for the Frozen Keep.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are five or more quest counters on Quest for the Frozen Keep, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
