Quillin's Repeater

Quillin, a gnomish inventor, was responsible for the creation of many unique weapons. His famous repeating crossbow was capable of intense firepower. Special ability: Holds 6 bolts. Only requires reloading after all bolts are fired. When attacking, roll an extra d20 and add one of the following effects: 1-3: The weapon jams. Spend an action to clear the jam. 4-17: The weapon fires normally. 18-19: The weapon fires 2 bolts. 20: The weapon discharges all remaining bolts at once.
