Rashmi's Guilt

Target opponent reveals his or her hand. You choose an artifact from it. That player discards it. If that player has no artifacts in his or her hand, you may instead destroy target creature that player controls.
There is no greater guilt than knowing that you brought about the downfall of your own plane.
