Regret's Boots

Regret's Boots enter the battlefield attached to
target creature you control. Equipped creature
gains +1+1 and has swampwalk. If equipped
creature is a Regret human spirit creature, it
gains +1+2 instead. If equipped creature is
destroyed or exiled, Regret's Boots becomes
equipped to another target creature you control, otherwise it remains on the battlefield.
