Resurrecting Flames

Return any number of creatures with toughness X or less from any player's graveyard to the battlefield under their owner's control. Then deal Y damage to each creature where Y is the number of creatures that entered the battlefield this way. You lose Z life where Z is the number of creatures that died this way.
