+1: Name a nonland card, then reveal the top card of your library. If you named the revealed card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.
-3: Search your library for a card and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library and put a card from your hand into it second from the top.
-8: An opponent separates all permanents into three piles. You choose two of those piles and gain control of them. The other pile stays the same.
