If no players payed {2} on SCP-003, SCP-003
becomes an Artifact Creature with base power
and toughness 0/9 until end of turn. When
SCP-003 becomes a creature, scry 2 and remove
all +1/+1 counters from target creature.
When SCP-003 is a creature, lands can tap for
one mana of any color.
