When Senoto, Roamer of the Roil enter the battlefield, search your library for a basic Plains
card, reveal it, and put it into your hand, then
shuffle.
Whenever one or more lands enter the battlefield
under an opponent's control, if that player controls
more lands than you, exile Senoto, then return it
to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
