Whenever you put a card on the bottom of your
library, you may reveal it. If you do, choose a
number of nonland permenants equal to that
card's mana value. You may choose the same
permenants multiple times. Tap each untapped
permanent chosen this way and put a slow
counter on each tapped permanent chosen this
way. (After a player's untap step, they remove a slow
counter from each permanent they control. permenants
with slow counters on them can't untap.)
