The Bastille (Shield +1)

This massive black iron shield is adorned with chains that rattle loudly wherever you go.
Whenever an opponent misses you with a melee attack, you can use a bonus action to attempt to trap your foe on the shield. Make a contested Strength Check. If you win, the chains adorning this shield lash out and pull your opponent onto the front of the shield, restraining them. They must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw to escape. If successful, they cannot be targeted by the Bastille again for 24 hours.
