The City Aflame

When you cast The City Aflame, choose Rage or Incinerate.
If you chose Rage, create 7 2/2 Fire Walker
creature tokens and put them on the battlefield
tapped.
If you chose Incinerate, Exile target land and
deal 8 damage to that lands controller.
