The Kings Ender

When The Kings Ender comes into play, you become the monarch.
When a player other than The Kings Ender's controller becomes the monarch, if it is that player's turn, end the turn unless that player sacrifices a creature they control with the highest power or tied for the highest power.
Many despots who thought themselves better than everyone else soon found that they, too, were indeed mortal.
