Thought Sea

Imprint - When Thought Sea enters the battlefield each player exiles the top six cards of their library, and each player plays with the top card of their library face up.
Whenever a player casts a spell they exile it, then choose a card an opponent exiled with Thought Sea or a card on top of an opponent's library,
they may play that card without paying it's mana cost.
