+2: Put a burn counter on target creature, deal 1 damage to all creatures with burn counters on them.
-4: Put a burn counter on two target creatures, then deal 3 damage to them.
-12: Deal 2 damage to all creatures for every burn counter on them. Each player discards 1 card for every creature they controlled that died this way.
