Enchant creature
When Unjust Duties enters the battlefield, tap enchanted creature. It doesn't untap during its controller's untap step and its activated abilities can't be activated.
When Unjust Duties is destroyed, enchanted creature's controller may untap enchanted creature. If they do, that creature's controller draws a card and gains two life.
