When Varkintol, Heir of Two Realms enters the battlefield, destroy target permanent you don't
control. That permanent's controller reveals the
top five cards of their library, and puts all
permanent cards revealed this way onto the battlefield tapped. Exile the rest.
When Varkintol, Heir of Two Realms dies, each
player shuffles all cards they own from exile into
their library.
