Cast Warchief's Massacre only during your combat phase, before combat damage is dealt.
Each opponent sacrifices two creatures he or she
is blocking with. Demon Warrior creatures you control get +1/+0 and gain trample until end of turn.
Suddenly, all hell broke loose. It was a complete massacre. The demon army lost whatever humanity they had left, and became complete savages.
