Weatherlight conjuration starts the game in your command zone.
Draft a card from Weatherlighters spellbook.
Mana of any type can be spent to cast the
drafted card. Exile Weatherlight conjuration
as it resolves. (To draft a card, put a card to your
hand from a choice of three random cards from a side
deck called Weatherlighters spellbook.)
