Alien-X

This spell can't be countered or copied.
Alien-X can't be destroyed, exiled, sacrificed,
phased out, or returned to its owner's hand.

Will of Alien-X — At the beginning of each
upkeep, starting with you, each player votes for
win or lose. If win gets more votes, target player
may play a card they own from anywhere without
paying its mana cost. If lose gets more votes, target
player can't cast spells this turn. If the vote is tied,
nothing happens.
