Amirah, the Bridge Between

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield from
exile or from a graveyard, draw a card. If that card
is a spirit creature, you may put it onto the
battlefield under your control.
Whenever a creature is put into a graveyard or
exile from the battlefield, target player discards
a card. If that card is a non-spirit creature, put it
on the bottom of its owner's library instead of
putting it anywhere else.
