Become The Liquor

During each of your upkeeps, put a +1/+1
counter on target creature. Then, if it has 3 or
more +1/+1 counters on it, destroy it.
When any creature dies, if it had one or more
+1/+1 counters on it, its controller may put a
+1/+1 counter on target creature.
