Beginning of Time

Each player may put a permanent from
their hand onto the battlefield.
The player who put the permanent with the lowest converted mana cost onto the battlefield may choose to repeat this process. (If there is a tie, no one played a card with the lowest converted mana cost.)
Repeat a maximum of three times.
