your hand, you may discard a card. If you
do, draw a card.
Instant cards in your hand have splice into
sorcery. The splice cost is equal to its mana cost.
(As you cast an sorcery spell, you may reveal one or
more of instant cards from your hand and pay their
splice costs. If you do, add those card's effects to that
sorcery spell.)
