Call for Reinforcements

At the beginning of your Upkeep, put X Knight Counters on Call for Reinforcements, where X is the amount of creature you control.
Remove X knight counters from Call for Reinforcements: search you library for a creature with converted mana cost X or less and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
