Conjurer of Crows

Whenever you cast your first noncreature spell
each turn, create a 1/1 blue and black Crow
creature token with flying and siphon. (Whenever
a creature with siphon deals combat damage to a
player, that player mills that many cards.)
At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent
milled one or more cards this turn, you may
draw two cards. If you do, each opponent
shuffles their graveyard into their library.
