Direct the Sky Tyrant

Whenever a Dragon enters the battlefield, it deals
30 damage to all players and planeswalkers.
Instead pay, {2}{r}, and you may have it
deal 50 damage to target opponent or
planeswalker, or all creature target opponent
controls.
Dragons care nothing for the politics of war. They kill
any and all regardless of allegiance. But, with the
proper knowhow, one can direct that fury to a
better, more concentrated use.
