At the beginning of each end step, Double Agent transfers control to the player to the left of its
current controller.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if Double
Agent is under the control of a player that does
not own Double Agent, that player sacrifices a
nonland permanent that is not Double Agent and
loses two life.
