Fermat's Last Theorem
One of the most famous theorem in number theory, it states that no three positive integers a, b, and c satisfy the equation a^n + b^n = c^n for any integer value of n greater than 2. This Theorem was conjuctered by Fermat in 1637, and proved by Wiles in 1994, after 354 years. Quite impressive!
