Generous Herald

Generous Herald gets +1/+1 for each permanent
you own but don't control.
Whenever another nonland permanent you
control becomes tapped, you may have target
opponent gains control of that permanent, if you
do, create a tapped token copy of it. (A token is
owned by the player under whose control it
entered the battlefield.)
