Whenever another elemental is put into a graveyard from anywhere, return it to the battlefield except it has base power and toughness 1/1.
At the beginning of each end step, put a +1/+1 counter on each elemental with power or toughness less than 5.
Its only goal is to maintain its environment from the dangerous humans outside.
