Implanted Spy

Implanted Spy cannot be sacrificed and cannot
block.
When Implanted Spy enters the battlefield, you
may put it under target opponent's control.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, Implanted Spy deals X damage to
you, where X is equal to that creature's power.
