Incongruity Charm

Choose one -
- If an opponent has more cards in hand than you, draw cards equal to the number of cards in that player's hand.
- If an opponent controls more creatures than you, destroy up to one target creature for each creature more than you that player controls.
- If an opponent controls more lands than you, search your library for a number of basic land cards equal to the difference, put those lands onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
