Ino's Judgment

Until your next turn, any time you could cast an
instant spell, you may sacrifice a permanent. Do
this no more than X times in total. Each time
you do, gain life equal to that card's converted
mana cost, then each opponent discards two
cards or sacrifices a permanent, and you gain
life equal to the total number of cards put into
all player's graveyards this way, then surveil 2.
