Creatures you control with decayed have wither and "Whenever you sacrifice this creature, draw a card".

Whenever a nontoken creature with a -1/-1 counter on it dies, you may return that card to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step. It gains decayed and is a black Zombie in addition to its other types.
