Merge into Waves

Target permanent is now an Island.
At the beginning of your opponent's next turn, that player adds {4} to his mana pool. That mana doesn't empty from his or her mana pool as phases end.
Many have been swept into the giant waves. Some accept death, but others merge into the wave as one. Elated, they soon crash against the shore and ultimately fade away.
