Whenever another creature dies, you may pay {1}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Noxus, the Cataclysm, then draw a card.
When Noxus dies, target creature gets X +1/+1 counters on it equal to Noxus power. Goad it
until it leaves the battlefield if that creature is
owned by an opponent.
