Why Simic Why?: Whenever you cast a spell, each opponent may copy that spell by paying {x} where
X is the card's converted mana value -2. This
cannot reduce the spell's cost to less than 1.
This is how it is then?: Whenever a player attacks
you, each player votes yes or no. If there are more
yes
votes, you forfeit, if there are more no votes, you
don't.
